JUST MOVE

Men and women any age are given movements big and small, mundane or creative that accompany music to get them moving and motivated to use their creativity.

DO THIS​​​​​​

This is a combination class for all ages. This class includes ballet, flexibility, jazz and hip-hop. Choose two a moth to focus on.   

 

 

 

STEP/ BOUNCE​​​​​​​​​​​

Need to improve for the audition coming up for a step team, cheer team or dance-line let us know !

JAM FIT

Step and dance your way back into shape with a high intensity workout that has no level of experience required.

BLACK DRESS FIT​​​​

Test your femininity, find our sexy and regain or build your confidence and physical fitness at the same time. Bring your heels ;-)

 

 

 

USE YOUR TECHNIQUE

We can prepare you for an audition or a professional career or allow you to gain a hobby.

STRENGTH

We will focus on making or maintaining the overall strength of your body with natural weight of your body and God's gift of gravity. (if you'd like to use weights let me know).

ENDURANCE

We will focus on your stability and ability to complete a task without running out of "steam". Get in here and be ready to sweat and progressively move untill the bell rings.

FLEXIBILITY

We use again, God's gift of gravity to train our bodies and muscles to release and allow more mobolity and range of motion.
